Under the new partnership, Offerpad’s Renovate division will serve as the preferred partner for renovation services. The service will support buyers, including local developers and institutional investors, who wish to update properties. This aligns with Auction.com’s marketplace, leveraging Offerpad’s renovation expertise to help buyers turn properties into move-in ready homes more efficiently.
Additionally, Auction.com’s SmartSale™ platform will expand Offerpad’s reach, allowing homeowners to access more competitive offers through a broader buyer pool.

Offerpad launched its Renovate business after developing in-house expertise through its own home inventory operations. Initially an internal function, it has grown into a nationwide B2B renovation platform that now serves institutional clients across the country. In the first quarter of 2025, Offerpad’s Renovate division had its best quarter yet, completing over 200 projects and generating $5.3 million in revenue. Nearly half of the business now comes from institutional clients, with top performance in Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee, and Kansas.
