Vikram Sobti, co-founder of Chandhiok & Mahajan, has rejoined the firm as the head of its real estate practice in the Delhi office.
Sobti began his legal career at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices before co-founding Chandhiok & Mahajan. During his first tenure with the firm, he played a key role in building its dispute resolution practice.
In 2023, Sobti took on an in-house role as general counsel at Emaar India, where he managed strategic litigation, regulatory matters, and significant real estate deals. This role allowed him to gain valuable insights into the commercial priorities, operational risks, and legal aspects of the real estate sector.
His diverse experience, both in private practice and in-house, has positioned him to lead high-profile real estate transactions, complex commercial disputes, and large-scale regulatory strategies.
